*  Call or email us directly and we will personally answer your questions.

*  PISTACHE which is offered for your furnished rental is our own.  We do not
act as agents for other property owners and we regularly enjoy
PISTACHE ourselves as our schedule allows.

*  We will maintain PISTACHE to comply with the standards you expect and
ask that you also respect PISTACHE and its neighbors.
